Delivery Information


We post/ship orders using a range of services provided by Royalmail from Free to RM 24 Tracked at £4.99. We cannot guarentee next day delivery but will endevour to meet your needs if you need something urgently. We aim to dispatch all orders with 24hours of receiving them. Orders received after 4pm on a Friday may not get dispatched until the following Monday as long as its not a Bank Holiday in England. 

EU and rest of World

We use Royalmail International services to ship items. They can take between 4 to 10days on average to meet overseas destinations. Royalmail do not consider an item as lost until 21days after it has been dispatched. If you want to track the progress of your order then you must use a trackable service. Do not contact us for a tracking number if you haven't paid for a trackable service. The deatil and level of tracking varies from country to country. The Tracking number you are provided with will work on the website of your national postal service once the shipment reaches your country. 

Shipping estimates are given in the cart/basket page before final checkout. 


Your order may not arrive in a lovely new brown cardboard box because we try to reuse packaging from our own suppliers to reduce waste. We ask if the packaging is still in good condition after you've received your goods, then please try to use it again or recycle it yourself.

Incorrect Goods recieved or arrived damaged

Hopefully it never happens and we strive to get orders correct first time everytime, but we are only human. Contact us as soon as you can and we will sort it as quickly as possible.

If an item arrives damaged, notifiy us as soon as possible by phone or the contact us page.

Returns Information

Returning an order

We aim to provide a hassle free 30 day returns service. If you are not completely happy with your order or have just changed your mind then return it to us within 30days of purchase. We do ask that the item has not been fitted or used. Please make sure you include a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Please use a suitable service that covers the value of the item you are returning.

Return postal/shipping costs

If the item is being returned as a result of our mistake (damaged, defective, wrong item sent), we will refund postage/shipping costs at the rate of the original order.

If the item being returned is a result of a change of mind, purchased the wrong size, item is not suitable, etc... the original cost of the postage will be refunded by us, however the consumer is liable for all return postal/shipping costs incurred.

EU and International Returns

All refunds are processed in GBP (£).Edge Sports UK LLP will not refund any charges made by your bank for currency conversions or any customs charges incurred throughout the shipping/returns process. We will not refund differences caused by fluctuations in exchange rates. Shipping costs will be refunded as outlined in the paragraph above.

Returns Received

When we receive your returned order, we will inspect and process them within 48hrs. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. In the unlikely event that you don't receive your refund within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch by our Contact page or Tel. 0191 3082106

If your purchase isn't everything you expected it to be and you wish to exchange an item, the quickest thing to do is place a new order and return the old one to us for a refund.
